Bay Colony Beach Lighting Project - 2026
The Bay Colony Beach Lighting Project exemplifies coastal luxury, precision engineering, and high-end lighting design. Featuring more than 300 fixtures across the property, this residence demanded a sophisticated, layered approach to fulfill the homeowners' vision: a welcoming, resort-style environment centered around the outdoor kitchen space designed for entertaining and enjoying late evenings in comfort and style.
The homeowners prioritized lighting that was safe, warm, and inviting—functional for nighttime use yet visually striking enough to complement the home's modern architecture and premium finishes.
Beacon Outdoor Lighting partnered with Lumien Lighting to deliver a cohesive system integrating a wide range of fixtures. Central to this design is the LumienARC Linear Light and LumienACE Putting Green Cups, which serve as the primary focus of this case study.
Project Objectives
- Provide safe, glare-free illumination for glossy stone stair treads
- Highlight architectural features using concealed fixtures
